She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Somers and Winnie Somers (O'Keefe); her husband Sonny Tubrett; her granddaughter Stephanie; and her brother Richard Somers.
She is survived by: her children, Paulette, Gerry (Cheryl), Debbie, Valerie and Tommy (Tracey); and her sister-in-law Margie Tubrett. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sydney Memorial Chapel (49 Welton St, Sydney, NS B1P5R3).
Memorials may be made to the Creative Care Unit at the Cove Guest Home, Sydney.
