He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Mombourquette and Mary Carey; and his brother James Carey (Eileen). He is survived by: his girlfriend Marjorie MacKeigan; his brothers, Dannie (Sadie) and Glen (Barbara); his sons, Blaise Jr., Scott, Kent and Paul; his stepdaughter Tracey Gibson; his grandchildren, Tyler, Joshua, Amanda, Corey, Brennden, Kristin, Brooklyn and Summer; and his aunt Theresa. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
