He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Boudreau and Catherine Boudreau (Snow) of Coxheath; his parents-in-law, Bernice and Gerald Stratton; his children, Patricia Way and Bernie Elias Jr.; his sister Dorothy Shaw; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Shaw and Donald Fraser Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Boudreau (Stratton) of Shannonville, Ontario.; his children, Andy, Darrell (Tracey), Bruce Way (Jennifer), Audrey McInnes (Bud), Kimberley and Janice Ingram (Todd); and his siblings, Michael (Linda), Francis (Bonnie), Raymond (Allison), Caroline Ross, Linda Johnston (Read) and Denise Richardson (Alan). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
