Ann Marie Ranni Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2024, Ann Marie Ranni (Sydney, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Thompson and May Thompson (Bond); her significant other Julius; her great grandchild Nikole; her son-in-law Tony Dawson; and her siblings, Jenny, Helen, Gladys, Francis, Ida, Alice, Mary, Charlie, George, James, Peter and Gordie.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Parago (Pat), Carol Capstick (Lawrence), Julius'Junior' (Gale), Helen LeBlanc (Joe), Chuck (Gail), Steve (Denise) and Margie Dawson; and her siblings, Josephine Watson and Allan. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the All Faith Chapel (1092 Victoria Rd, Sydney, NS B1N1L1). A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Marie can be made to Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County.
