He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew MacDonald and Nora MacDonald (Burke); his wives, Florence MacPhee and Mary Fraser; his siblings, Anna Champion, Theresa MacDonald, Catherine Bungay, Evie Macleod, Charles, Jim and Joe; his son-in-law Russell Gallant; and his granddaughter Jennifer Doyle.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Doyle (Paul), Carmel Gallant (John), Marlene Gallant, Andrew (Shannon), Robert (Georgios Dimotsantos) and Mary Helen Thompson (Philip); and his siblings, Vince, John 'Dicker' (Joanne) and Helen. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Covid protocols must be practiced at the visitation and service.
