He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm MacRae and Mary MacRae; and his siblings, Roddie, Donald, Eddie, Neil MacRae, Rhoda Parsons, Jean Ellis and Mary MacRae.
He is survived by: his wife Jessie MacRae (Munro); his daughters, Delina Mary (Kevin), Sandra and Christine (Carl); his granddaughter Danielle (Daniel); his siblings, Florence Fitzgerald, Evelyn Etheridge, Milly MacLellan (Robert) and Malcolm MacRae (Gail); and his siblings-in-law, Gordie Ellis and Harriet Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Covid protocols will be practiced at the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Alexander may be made to the Middle River Community Hall or the Middle River Volunteer Fire Department.
