He was predeceased by: his parents, Purves MacKeigan and Mary Grace MacKeigan (Sharp); and his siblings, Lloyd, Walter and Shirley (Lloyd).
He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie MacDonald of Millville; his children, Katherine Leslie MacKeigan (George), Walter Burton MacKeigan (Clare) and Ian David MacKeigan; his granddaughters, Charlotte Anne MacKeigan and Emily Anne MacKeigan; and his sisters, Gladys (Allan) and Connie (Murdock). He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and many friends.
