He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Woodfine and Jane Woodfine (O'Flaherty); his wife Lorraine Woodfine (MacIntyre); his son Brian Woodfine; and his siblings, Gus, William, Bernie, Josie, Sis and Nel.

He is survived by: his sister Annie Mae; his children, Mary (Paul), Wilfred (Debbie), Sheldon (Lana) and Paul (Letha); his grandchildren, Brian (Megan), Ashley, Catherine Robert (Kailey), Justin (Morgaine), Spencer, Rebecca, Alyssa and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Mya, Alexa, Landen, Ayla, Savannah and Joshua. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
