He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John T. Whitty and Bridget Whitty (Hines); his siblings, Theresa Ross, Ellen Pellerine, Lena MacNeil, Charles, Godfrey and Albert; and his nephews, Gary, Frankie, Bobby MacNeil, Stewart Whitty and Godfrey Pellerine.

He is survived by: his brothers, John Whitty (Claudia) and Adrian Whitty (Patsy).
