He was predeceased by: his son Marcel; his siblings, Mary, Theresa, Sandy, Walter and Martin (Sonny); and his siblings-in-law, Diane Serroul and Robert Aylward (Bob).

He is survived by: his parents, Vincent Russell and Josephine Serroul (Carey); his wife Bridget Serroul (Bea Campbell); his daughters, Cathy Reashore (Wayne), Arlene Serroul-Beauvais (Stephane) and Michelle Serroul; his siblings, Butch (Louretta), Vince (Regina), Celia McNeil (Joey), Carol Anne Williams (Danny), Judy Astephan (Peter), Jeanette Forrest (Brian) and Eleanor Serroul (Shawn); his grandchildren, Shannon Brown, Marc, Meghan, Marybeth Lyle, Nicole, Natasha and Marcel Morrison; and his siblings-in-law, Margie Sparks (Bob), Lena Aylward, Joan Eavis (Clayton), Marylou MacIntosh (Darrell), Adam Campbell (Katie), Bud Campbell (Barbara), Ray Campbell (Jackie), Howie Campbell (Barb) and Wayne Campbell (Anne). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
