It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roddy MacKinnon (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), born in Neils Harbour, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 18, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Murdock MacKinnon and Susan MacKinnon. He is survived by: his son Roderick Bradley MacKinnon (Normie); his grandchildren, Douglas (Kendra), Dayna (Nathan), Michael (Rebecca), Gabriel, Danielle, Daphne, Marisa, Preston, Ciara, Hunter, Robert and Carli; his great grandchild Haley; his siblings, Tony (Winnie), Christina (James), Helen (Richard), Carol (Robert), Christopher (Jolene) and Scott (Mandy); and his pet Cheyanne. He is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Roddy's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
