It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ramona Woodfine (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), born in North Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 18, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Alexander Harper; her husband William; and her siblings, Mabel, Ada, Jean, Delores, Guy, Calvin, Roland and Jackie.
She is survived by: her parent Florence Harper (Jarvis); her children, Mark Mines and Ramona "Buttons" Caines; her grandchildren, Devin Rideout (Michelle), Amanda Denton (Stephen) and Leslie Caines; her great grandchildren, Evelyn Denton and Benjamin Denton; her sister Vi Perro of North Sydney; and also, Sydney Mines and Halifax. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
