He is survived by: his parents, Charles MacDonald and Peggy MacDonald; his wife Denise; his children, Liam, Connell and Ainslee; his siblings, Francis MacDonald (Annemarie), Kim Butts, Chris MacDonald (Melanie) and Margo MacDonald (Scott); and his parents-in-law, Cecil, Selina MacDonald of Sydney Mines, Derrick (Holly), Maria Elena McCafferty (James), Bonnie Jean Cutcliffe (Michael), Cole Harbour, Sheamus MacDonald (Natasha), Sydney Mines, Suzanne MacDonald (Mike) and Jonathan MacDonald (Christa). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
