It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marion Marinelli of Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian O'Toole and Annie O'Toole; her husband Dominic (Burpy); her sister Anne; her brother-in-law Tony Marinelli (Toe); and her brother Lenny O'Toole (Marlene).

She is survived by: her children, Wayne O'Toole (Katrina), Kat Marinelli and Paul Marinelli (Reta); her grandchildren, Logan, Sean, Dominic, Emily, Sawyer, Annie, Sadie and Theo; her siblings, Marlene (Ernie), Adrian O'Toole (Phyllis) and Brian O'Toole (Kathy); and her daughter-in-law Dr. Amy Wambolt. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.

Covid protocols of mask wearing and showing proof of double vaccination will be required.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hospice Palliative Care Society.
