She is survived by: her mother Shirley Hawkins (Tremblett); her siblings, John (Beverly), Blake (June), Boo (Ann), Gail (Cecil) and Paula (Michael); and her children, Michelle, Emily, Addisyn, Mason, Lexton, Melissa, Noah, Owen, Blake, Kathryn, Danielle, Candace, Jeremy, Hillary, Holly, Ethan, Desiree, John Joseph, Nick, Sam, Quinn, Bonnie, Karen, Stephanie, Glen Robert, Ashlea, Ceilidh, Cody, Kail, Kristen, Shelby, Haven, Hailey, Kadence, Jayden and Britainea. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
