It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lillian Donovan (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), who passed away on July 13, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Gladys and Leander Butts of Flatrock, NL; her husband James Arthur (Art); her siblings, John, William (Bill), Wallace and Irene; and her son-in-law Joe Hines.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Hines of Ingonish, Brian (Gloria) of Ingonish and Tim (Joan) of Ingonish; and her daughter-in-law Wendy. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
