He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren (Gumbo) and Mae (Glogowski); his parents-in-law, Edward and Mae Forrest (Steele); and his brother-in-law Sheldon Forrest.

He is survived by: his brother-in-law John Davis; his significant other Patricia Forrest (Patsy); his son Lance (Nakia); his brother Warren; his nephew Brendan (Jami); his niece Erika; and his pets, Cheech, Zeus and Kitty. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
