She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Dunphy and Ellen Dunphy (Fitzgerald); her husband Harold Briand; her siblings, Alexander and Emma; and her grandson Patrick Noel.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick (Audrey), Gerry (Marie), Charles (Freida) and Kenny (Linda); her siblings, Cyril and Diane; and her close friend Annie. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Highland Manor or to the Alzheimer's Society.
