Jessie Bailey Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jessie Bailey of Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 11, 2022 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jessie Bailey to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewellyn Childs and Mary Jane Childs; her husband Guy; her children, Butch and Patty; her grandsons, Jamie Bailey and Ricky Parsons; and her son-in-law Joe Boutilier.

She is survived by: her children, Lawrence (Yvonne), Kevin, Elizabeth, Elaine and Debbie (Gary Pyke); and her siblings, Melissa, Louise, Irene (George), Mildred (Austin), Faye, Winston (Dot), Ben (Madonna), Austin (Lena) and Lewellyn (Marlene). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Trinity Anglican Church, Queen St., Sydney Mines.
