He is survived by: his mother Claire Cousins; his children, Timothy, Dakota, Cameron, Curtis and Courtney; his siblings, Laura Miller (Allen), Jay (Ruth), Denise (Phillip), Corkey (Jackie) and Stephanie (Jerry); his friend Judy Dawe; and his caregiver Brennan.
