He was predeceased by: his parents, George Burt and Louise Burt (Leyte); his siblings, George, Walter, Margaret, Carol and Edith; his parents-in-law, Pauline and Lloyd Ginter; and his brothers-in-law, Roddie MacIsaac, Glen Boutilier, Billy and Paul Ginter.
He is survived by: his wife Christina Burt (Ginter); his children, Laura MacAulay (Michael) and Steven (Everett); his grandchildren, Jenna, Tyler, Cate and Isabelle; his sisters, Linda (Kevin), Mary Lou and Cathy Rose (Art); his siblings-in-law, Joe Simpson, Alister MacIsaac, Hughie Sullivan, Winnie Burt, Linda Sullivan and Joan LeRoy; his aunts, Shirley Leyte, Ollie Atkinson and Marg McInnis; and his uncle Bud McInnis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Harry's name may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital or a charity of your choice.
