It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Goldie Carter (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), born in North Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gale and Elizabeth Gale (Fricker); her husband William Carter; and her siblings, Greta Moore, Marie Marinelli, John, George (Jigger), Elmer (Ick) and Eric Gale (Turk).
She is survived by: her niece Laurie (Russell MacNeil); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Erin and Kristin; and her brother Dennis of Glace Bay.
