He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ada Budgell (Hann) and William Budgell; his children, Brandon (Cecley), Bradley, Brent (Breagha), Bailey, Brighton and Amanda; and his siblings, Derrick (Rhonda), Darren, Shawn (Daphne) and Shirley (Glenn). He was also cherished by grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
