He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Marinelli and Edna Marinelli (Best); and his siblings, Tony (Ann), Johnny (Cathy), Dominic (Marion), Brian, Bobby and Louise.

He is survived by: his close friend Bridget Dawe; his siblings, Phillip (Donna), David (Lynda), Nora (Ernie), Mary (Simon) and Cathy (David); his sister-in-law Joanne; and also, Gordon (Star), Lisa (Jimmy), Heather, John and Jason (Chantelle).
