Francis Gracie Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Francis Gracie (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 21, 2024 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Francis Gracie to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Gracie and Agnes Gracie (Laffin); his wife Margaret (Stubbert); his siblings, Agnes, Lawrence and Joey; and his half-brother Louis Elliott.

He is survived by: his children, Allison Clost (Shawn) and Robert (Carrie); his grandsons, Lucas and Owen Gracie; and his siblings, Margarite, Rose (Mevy), Angela, Laura (Joey), Carole (Bernie), Judy (Bob), Cathy (George), Hilly, Benny (Georgina), Teddy (Audrey), Billy (Laurie) and Celtic Serenade. He is also survived by many sisters and brothers in law and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County.
