He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Stubbert and Margaret Stubbert (MacQueen); and his siblings, Alice, Julie, Ethel, Esther, Mary Margaret, Deanie, Peter Edward, George, Lauchie, Duncan, Tom, Robert and Earl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
