He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Forrest and Agnes Forrest; his son Kenneth; his siblings, Alexander, Peter, Willis, George, Della, Edith, Elizabeth, Agnes and Mary; his father-in-law John; and his sister-in-law Loretta Ryan (Mills).
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Forrest (Mills); his children, Wendy, Cindy (Fraser), Kim, Blair (Nona), Barry (Michelle), Robert (Roxanne), Sydney Mines, Heather (Peter), Brenda (Stacey), Florence and Keith; and his siblings, Charles, Dave and Linda. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
