It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Buffett (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), who passed away on November 16, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Buffett and Mini Buffett; his siblings, William Junior, Bernie, Cecil, Little Cameron (Doreen), Edward and Yvonne; and his sisters-in-law, Josephine, Francis, Edie and Allison.
He is survived by: his daughter Leanne (Ricky Donovan); his granddaughters, Danielle (Daniel Crane), Jenna (Dylan Boutilier) and Emily (Caleb Leprieur); his great grandchildren, Avery, Madelyn and Millie; his stepdaughters, Carrie, Cindy and Brandy; his siblings, Barry, Wayne, Joan (Sandy), Mary, Olive (Bob), Sharon and Joanne (Greg); and his siblings-in-law, Deanna, Ernie and Hartland.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. M. Jobes Funeral Home (635 Main St, Sydney Mines, NS B1V2Y4). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the palliative care unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
