It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Duncan McKeigan (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), born in North Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 19, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George McKeigan and Mary Belle McKeigan (MacKinnon); his wife Freda; his sisters, Mary and Elizabeth; and his grandson Derrick.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn (William Dunlop) of Riverview, N. B, Patricia (Jim Canty) of Cole Harbour, N. S., Judith (Dana Flemming) of Brookfield, N. S. and Deborah (David Atkinson) of Cole Harbour, N. S.; his grandsons, David (Christina) of Winnipeg, Darren (Isabelle) of St. Lambert, Quebec, Peter and Scott of Cole Harbour, N. S.; and his great grandchildren, Kyla, Brooklyn, Noah of Winnipeg, Olivia, Charlie of St. Lambert and Que. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
