He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, John, Helen MacNeil (Clancy), Adrienne Patterson (MacLellan), Ross Fraser and Duncan Pero.
He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Jamieson Fraser of Sydney Mines and Grace Mary Anne MacNeil of Sydney; his sisters, Simone Katherine Fraser and Rowan Sìleas Fraser; his grandparents, Doug, Kelly MacNeil, Allan Fraser, Jeri Pero Fraser and Steve MacInnis; his uncles, Patrick MacNeil and Matthew Fraser; his great-grandparents, Anne Marie Aguinaga, Donald MacNeil and Viola Pero (Harper); his uncle Jonathan; and also, Donnie and Alison. He is also survived by many cousins, great aunts and uncles, and family friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made on Duncan's behalf to the Cape Breton Hospital Foundation for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital and to the IWK Foundation.
