He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Bailey (Motto) and Helen Bailey; his son John; his siblings, Stanley (Tuller), Harold, Vincent, Margaret (Sis) and Adeline; his parents-in-law, Beatrice and John W. Young; and his siblings-in-law, George, Archie, Judy and Theresa.

He is survived by: his wife Beatrice; his children, Raylene Jessome (David) and Joe MacNeill (Tammy); his grandchildren, David (Shawna), Kelsie (Timothy), Sasha and Luke (Ashia); his great grandchild Kinsley; his siblings, Phyllis O'Toole (Adrian) and Sheldon Bailey (Wendy); and his siblings-in-law, Danny Young (Linda), John Young (Judy), Tom Young (Margaret), Barbara Penny (Alex), Joanne (Steven), Lisa Courtney (Mike), Cathy Young, Nancy Young, Annie Mae Bailey and Sharon Bailey. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
