Dickson Isobelle Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dickson Isobelle (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), born in North Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 12, 2018 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Walter Blagdon; her husband Robert; her granddaughter Miranda Finney; her siblings, Wilfred Blagdon, Walter Blagdon, Henry Blagdon, Margaret Shepherd and Eva Scott; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Shepherd, Ross Ferguson, Jim Scott, Les Billard, Richard Dickson, Dorothy Blagdon and Julia Blagdon.

She is survived by: her parent Francis Blagdon (Best); her children, Robert and Sherry Finney (Paul); her granddaughters, Meghan Finney (Michael Dwyer) and Emily Dickson; her great grandchild Eva Dwyer; her siblings, Dorothy Ferguson, Bessie Billard and Charlie Blagdon; and her sisters-in-law, Rosemary Blagdon, Gwen Blagdon and Bonnie Dickson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation or the Terry Fox Foundation.
