We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2023, at the age of 74, David Stephen Podanovitch (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), born in Sydney, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Podanovitch and Anna Cook (MacDonald); his brothers, Michael and Bobby Podanovitch; and his stepfather Lantz Cooke.
He is survived by: his wife Murdena Podanovitch (MacLeod) of Cape North; his son David Scott Podanovitch (Anna) of Fort McMurray, AB; his grandchildren, Shawn Podanovitch of Picture Butte, AB and Jennie Podanovitch of Fort McMurray, AB.; and his sisters, Karen Phillipo (Leo) of Sydney and Sandra Cooke of Sydney.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice.
