It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Joseph MacDougall (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 10, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph MacDougall and Jane MacDougall (MacMaster); his brother Duncan; and his parents-in-law, Lillian Martin (Wells) and Ralph Martin.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn MacDougall (Martin); his sons, Daniel (Brenda) and Jamie (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Daniel and Maia; his great grandchild Lux; his sister Mary O'Callaghan (Roger); his sister-in-law Dianne Kempt (Ronnie); his nephew Jason; his brother-in-law Jimmy Martin (Rita); and his nephews, Eric and Charlie.
