He is survived by: his parents, Freddie Capstick and Alice Capstick (Burton); his sister Colleen Capstick; his niece Christine Capstick; his nephews, Ronald Capstick (Laura), Highland Vision, Jack and Derrick; and his foster mother Evelyn Capstick. He is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends.
