He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Anne (O'Toole); his grandchildren, Grampy, Mike, Jamie and Sean; his brothers, Blaise and Gerry; and his sister-in-law Marjorie O'Toole. He is also survived by his good friends.

Donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in lieu of flowers.
