It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annabelle (Laffin) Penny (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 22, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Peter Joseph and Agnes Laffin (Tobin); her children, Diane (Armand Forest), Billy (Rose), North Sydney, Joan (Thomas Nicholas), Rebecca (Cyril Reashore), Brian (Gloria), Boularderie, Erwin (Bonnie), Little Pond, Alexander (Barb), Sydney Mines, Christopher (Angie), Alder Point and Timothy (Paula); her brother Peter Laffin; her friends, Marcella Alderson and Michelle Rendell; her children, Peter Joseph, Irene Isabelle and Patricia Ann; and her siblings, Rebecca Tighe, Margie Gouthro and Melvin Laffin. She was also cherished by 93 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Donations in Anna's memory may be made to the Cove Guest Home Foundation in Sydney.
