He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Moffatt and Marguerite Moffatt (Goudey); and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his wife Jane (Castle); his siblings, Christopher (Marianne) and Michelle (Brad); his sister-in-law Diane; his daughter Dawn; and his stepchildren, Frank of Ladysmith, BC and Sandra.
