He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Miller and Stella Miller (Rogers); and his sister Grace Millen. He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Ruggles); his children, Barbara of Halifax, Michael (Joan) of Stewiacke and Stephen (Sharon) of Dartmouth; his grandchildren, Natasha, Stephen Douglas, Shane, Samantha, Mitchell and Alec; his great grandchildren, Bree, Stanfield, Wilder and Audrey; his sisters, Phyllis, Tillie and Myrtle; and his brother-in-law Tim Millen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
