He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howlett and Sarah "Sadie" Howlett (Woodworth); and his siblings, Sandra Rhind, Shirley O'Brien, Donna Smith and Gary Howlett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Smith (Randy) and Tammy Barbrick (Mike); his grandchildren, Alicya, Molly, Sarah, Duncan, Ruby and Rosie; and his great grandchildren, Aiyana, Dantez and Roman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
