It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Rumley of Stewiacke, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 26, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rumley and Ruth Rumley of Dartmouth; and his close friends, Eddie Cudmore, Jimmy Kay and Woodrow.

He is survived by: his son Scott Rumley (Sami) of Lantz; his grandson Jack Rumley of Lantz; his siblings, James Rumley (Jane) of Lake Echo and Linda Currie of Beaverbank; his niece Sarah Rumley (Dave) of Lake Echo; his uncle Gerald Hatch of Musquodoboit Harbour; his close friend Christine Pye; and also Dexter Pye of Stewiacke.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society of the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
