It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Simpson of Stellarton, Nova Scotia, born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 1, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Spencer Jack Simpson; her mother Annie MacDonald of Stellarton; her brothers, David MacDonald of Stellarton, Agustus "Gussie" MacDonald of Stellarton and Danny MacDonald of Stellarton; and her daughter Cheryl Lynn MacDonald of Trenton.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rachael MacDonald of Truro, Colleen Jobe of Toronto and Elizabeth "Faye" MacDonald of Ottawa; and her nephew Michael Spencer MacDonald. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
