She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Shymko (Stewart); her children, Matthew Koszkulics (Jenna Kehoe), Martin Hoffman and Jenna Hoffman; and her sisters, Dawn Fougere and Debby Linthorne. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, niece, nephews, cousins and friends.
