She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanford MacKay and Edith MacKay (Fraser); her husband Ernest Alvin Stroud; and her siblings, Violet Marr and Lowell MacKay.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Stroud (Henry Langille), Marilyn Bobyk (Sandy Morrison), Coalburn, Nancy Stroud, Susan Dashwood (Shawn), Brampton, Ont and James Stroud (Diane Mccann); her sister-in-law Lillian Stroud; her grandchildren, Shawna (Bobby), Monica (Robert), Crystal (Chris), Jeffery and J. D. (Jay); and her great grandchildren, Fox, Rebecca, Savannah, Emma, Keira and Mia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
