He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Stanford and Florence Willard Fraser (Porter); his wife Eleanor Betty Wilson; his son Charles Simon Fraser; his siblings, Doris Stewart and Donald Fraser; and his great grandchild Ruth Caroline Fraser.
He is survived by: his sons, Gordon Fraser (Betty-Anne) and John Fraser (Sally); his grandchildren, Lisa Langton (Dennis), Matthew Kirby (Tracy), Dr. Sarah Fraser, Dr. Katie Fraser (Michael Popovic), Sean (Sarah), Jessica Chaytor (Jamie), Mary Meredith (Peter) and Jane Fraser (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Nicole, Chase, Norah, Alexandra, Rita, Molly, Colin, Eva, Maggie and John. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
