He is survived by: his close friends, Philip, Samantha and Ursula; his children, Susan (Philip Murphy), Joseph, Jody (Ursula Emond) and Peter Nanaimo (Samantha); his grandchildren, Rowan, Benjamin Murphy, Jessie and Brady Allen of Nanaimo, BC.; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Lockhart and Donald Murray. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and close friends.
