He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Forshner and Elva Forshner (Wood); his wife Shirley McNutt; and his siblings, Allison and Carla.
He is survived by: his children, Lee-Ann Blain (Christian) and Allison (Darrian Young); his grandchildren, Arthur and Ellie; and his sister Tammy (Lexi).
