Russell Eugene Fisher Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Eugene Fisher (Springhill, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 31, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Fisher and Myrtle Fisher (Vance); his wife Natalie; and his siblings, Dewenton (Fisher), Hilbert and Earlene Samson.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Fox (Colin), Stacie (Pablo Rodriguez) and John; and his friends, Carolyn Merrey, Murray Scott, Marion MacDonald, Jack, Sharon and Justin Simons. He is also survived by grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Springhill United Baptist Church (47 Church St, Springhill, NS B0M1X0).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Springhill United Baptist Church, the Isabel Simpson Heritage Centre, or the Springhill All Saints Hospital.
