He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Foster and Edna Hazel Foster (Moore); and his siblings, Chester "Bud", Richard "Dick" and Helen Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Foster (Bowen); his children, Pam Foster (Dave), Bryan Foster and Matt Foster (Nicole); his grandchildren, Kaide, Emmett and Gabriel; his sisters, Adeana Matthews and Pat Crowe; and his stepchildren, A. J., Christopher and Aylssa. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
