He was predeceased by: his parents, George Farrell and Elsie Farrell (Rushton); his siblings, Herbert (Rhea), Robert and Betty Hibberts (Joe); and his brother-in-law Gordon Hann.

He is survived by: his siblings, Douglas, Larry (Valerie), Gary (Shirley), John, Salt Springs, Dorothy Hann of Burton, NB, Doris Sears, Brenda Farrell and Debbie Powell (Marven); and his sister-in-law Carol Farrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
